Carlyle Business Services was founded by its owner and president, Frank W. Carlyle in 1988. Specializing in servicing the accounting and insurance needs of individuals as well as small businesses, Carlyle Business Services provides honest and knowledgeable expertise in disability, dental, health, vision and life insurance plans. We pride ourselves on giving each of our clients sound advice and affordable options. We stay current on the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, Insure Oklahoma and on the laws affecting COBRA, health and life insurance. In many instances, we find solutions that our competitors have overlooked.
Services is the last word in our company name, but it is the cornerstone of what we do. We are there for you to solve billing discrepancies, enrollments, cancellations and any other problems you encounter with your health and life insurance.
All Carlyle Business Services employees in our company are licensed in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas with all major insurance carriers in life and health.

About Our Management
Frank W. Carlyle
Frank W. Carlyle, President and Owner of Carlyle Business Services, created the company in 1988. He has lived in Oklahoma City his entire life, and developed the company based on small businesses needs. Frank is a graduate of Oklahoma City University, and has earned designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
After graduating from college, Frank had several jobs as a sales representative, and finally landed at American Fidelity Assurance, where he learned the life and health insurance industry. He left them after 10 years and started Carlyle Business Services in his home. Through diligence and hard work the company expanded, and in 2000 Carlyle Business Services opened its doors at 9428 Westgate Road.
Ken Carlyle
Ken Carlyle has more than 24 years of experience as an insurance broker. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1990 with a degree in Fine Arts, Ken joined the family firm. Since that time, Ken has worked tirelessly to make the process of obtaining insurance a secure and easy-to-understand experience for his clients.
Licensed with the State of Oklahoma in health and life insurance, Ken is both an agent and customer service advocate. Fully licensed with the Federal SHOP (Small Business Health Options Program) for both business and individual enrollments, he is the one to see about all things related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA). In addition, he is licensed with Oklahoma Department of Human Services to consult with clients who are over 65 years of age on enrollment in Medicare Prescription and Medicare Advantage plans. Ken is also responsible for maintaining all client databases and ensuring all HIPAA privacy requirements are met.
